These terms cover Saatica for macOS and this website, both published by Can Burak Sofyalioglu. Questions: [email protected].

1. The app

Saatica is distributed through the Mac App Store. Your use of the app is covered by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which you accept when you get the app from the store: Apple’s standard EULA. I have not added a separate licence on top of it.

2. Purchases and refunds

If the app is ever sold in the Mac App Store, the App Store handles purchases and refunds. I cannot refund a purchase myself.

3. This website

The site describes the app and gives support and legal information. You may read it, link to it and quote short parts of it with a link back. The site and its text are provided as they are, and I may change or remove pages at any time. How the site treats visitors is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Clock designs and credit

The clock faces in Saatica are based on designs published on clocks.dev. Each design belongs to its designer, who is credited by name in the app and on the clocks page. Saatica does not claim to own them, and nothing here gives you any right to a design beyond using it in the app.

Saatica is an independent app and is not affiliated with clocks.dev or the designers it credits.

5. No warranty

Saatica and this website are provided “as is”, without a warranty of any kind, as far as the law allows. Do not rely on the app as your only way to tell the time where a wrong time could cause harm. Nothing here limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited, or any term of Apple’s EULA.

6. Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest change. Apple’s EULA is Apple’s own text and changes only when Apple changes it.
